Manufactured according to international standard EN ISO 9554
NIKA-Steel® with High Tenacity Polyester fibers in percentage ratio of 50% - 40% w/w respectively
Even size & strength fibers which result in uniformed rope structure
UV stabilized for high resistance against sunlight
Equal rope strength both in wet and dry conditions
Designed, manufactured and tested in KATRADIS facilities as per ISO 9554 standard
Certified as per MEG4 requirements (OCIMF)

NIKA-Flex RSB (Reduced Snap Back) have been developed for maximum safety on-board due to the specified construction engineered for reduced snap-back reaction.

Made from High Tenacity NIKA-Steel® and Polyester fibers

NIKA-Steel® fibers is a special polymer blend of:

Polypropylene
Polyethylene
UV stabilizer

Blended with a unique recipe, our materials result superior mechanical properties compared to conventional polypropylene fibers.The UV stabilization is included for increased protection againstsunlight degradation that normally affects all polymer materials.
